All delivery estimates are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Actual delivery times can vary based on your location, local carrier capacity, and any unforeseen delays such as extreme weather.
We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are actively working to expand our reach and will announce international delivery options when they become available.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.
You can use this number to check real-time status updates directly on the courier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at support@vy16.in.
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for another item of equal value.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact. Please refer to our full Return Policy page for step-by-step instructions on initiating a return.
We take the safety of your order seriously. Every shipment is handled with care, but occasionally issues can arise in transit.
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately at support@vy16.in with your order number and, if possible, photographs of the damaged packaging. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible — at no cost to you.
